Orders confirmed before 12 PM are generally dispatched on the same day. For orders placed after 12 PM, dispatch will depend on staff availability, and our team will confirm the earliest possible shipping timeline.

In many urgent cases, we generally recommend Express Shipping, as these are often the most practical and cost-effective options.

Next-Day Delivery is also available for selected cities; however, the charges can be significantly higher as the additional cost is determined by the courier and logistics partners for priority handling and faster transit.

Standard Shipping

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹990
• Estimated delivery timeline: 3–10 working days, depending on your location

All regular orders are shipped via Standard Shipping unless Express / Next-Day / Same-Day delivery is requested and confirmed by our team.

While we always do our best to deliver your order within the promised timeline, Express Shipping and Next-Day Delivery may occasionally experience slight delays due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, natural calamities, or courier-related issues beyond our control.

We will always make every effort to ensure your order reaches you as promised, and we kindly request your cooperation and understanding in such situations.

Return Exchange policy

AT GLADANDGLAM , We offer a size exchange policy only, no product/color exchange, wherein if the item does not fit you right, you can raise a size exchange request by emailing us at CUSTOMERSERVICE.GLADANDGLAM@GMAIL.COM  within 48 hours of successful delivery.

• Exchange can be availed only once per order, the parcel needs to be self-shipped by the customers within 24-48 hours of receiving the product in order to maintain our hygiene policy. The shipping cost needs to be borne by the customers only.
• Once we receive your parcel, it will undergo a quality check. All items must be unused, unaltered , unwashed and in our original packaging. If the items don’t meet the above criteria it will be refused for any kind of exchange and the same item will be returned to the customer at customer’s expense.
• In case of unavailability of required size in the same product, only a credit voucher can be issued to the customer for any future purchase within 12 months of issuance with Glad And Glam .
• Free size items are not eligible for any kind of exchange or return.
• In case the customer has received a damaged/defective piece, pictures or videos while unboxing the parcel needs to be shared with our team within 24 hours of delivery. A fresh piece of the same product will be delivered to the customer.
• Please do not accept the package if it looks tampered, and inform us immediately over the email. 
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Lingerie are strictly not eligible for any size exchange/returns due to hygiene purpose.
• Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to our warehouse, any returned item that is not received by gladandglam.com will be treated as not returned.
• Sale items aren’t eligible for any kind of exchange/return.
• NO REFUNDS CAN BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

 Please Note: GLADANDGLAM reserves all the right "not to process" returns in the following situations:

1. Return Exceeds the return time limit.
2. Returning Non-GLADANDGLAM Items.
3. Return items belong to the NON-EXCHANGEABLE/ RETURNABLE category.
4. Returning without an application.
5. Self-inflicted damage to the product while trying on item (Damage refers to make up stains, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, washing powder and odours on the garment).
6. Items sent in poor packaging won’t be accepted.(such as any kind of taping directly over the returned item).

 Please note the below reasons are NOT considered faulty:

• Slight Color variation from product photos
• Slight design variation from product photos, e.g. print/lace patterns and arrangements
• Slight size variation of within ± 3cm on measurements
• Minor imperfections, e.g. loose threads, crease marks, and etc.
• Self-inflicted damage to the product while trying on item
• Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference
• Do not like the product.
• Unavailability of any size at the time you placed an order
