Refund Policy

At GLADANDGLAM, generally We ship all the orders within 24-48 working hours , if we are unable to fulfill any order, we will cancel the same and notify you over email or text. You can opt for a store credit.

- Refund to store credit will reflect the same day once issued.
- Shipping charges/discounts are non refundable.

- If order is rejected at the time of delivery, customer is required to pay shipping, Rto and Re-shipping charges. Store credit will be issued to the customer of the balance amount. *Store credit will be processed once packet is received and acknowledged by the team. 
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
