Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 working days after successful order placement.
- Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Once dispatched, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
Standard Shipping
- Estimated delivery timeline: 3–10 working days, depending on your location.
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹990.
- A shipping fee of ₹50 is applicable on orders below ₹990.
All regular orders are shipped via Standard Shipping unless Express, Next-Day, or Same-Day Delivery is requested and confirmed by our team.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on orders up to ₹4,999 only.
- COD orders are shipped via Standard Shipping only.
- For faster dispatch and delivery, we recommend opting for Prepaid Orders.
Express / Same day Delivery
We also offer faster delivery options for selected locations across India:
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery timeline: 2–5 working days.
- Next-Day Delivery: Estimated delivery timeline: 1–2 working days.
- Same-Day Delivery: Assured same-day delivery is available only within Delhi NCR.
